1. Service provider

Swiss Limo GmbH, Zurich Airport, 8058 Zurich, Switzerland.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and journey details. Please verify all details upon receipt.

3. Pricing

Prices are calculated based on the vehicle selected, distance, and estimated duration of the journey. All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. The quoted price is final — there are no hidden fees.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

5. Passenger responsibilities

• ·Be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time
• ·Ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle capacity
• ·Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
• ·Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly

6. Our responsibilities

• ·Provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle of the class booked
• ·Provide a professional, licensed chauffeur
• ·Arrive at the pickup location at or before the agreed time
• ·Monitor flights for airport transfers and adjust for delays

7. Waiting time

For airport transfers, a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes from the actual landing time is included. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is provided from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may be charged.

8. Liability

Swiss Limo GmbH is insured for passenger transport in accordance with Swiss law. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable legislation. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
