A chauffeur's guide to Zurich: beyond the usual routes

A chauffeur's guide to Zurich: beyond the usual routes

Zurich reveals itself differently depending on how you move through it. From the back seat of a well-driven Mercedes, with a chauffeur who has navigated these streets for years, the city unfolds at its own pace.

The airport corridor

The route from Zurich Airport to the city centre is one we drive several times daily. We know which lanes move fastest at which hours, which construction zones to avoid, and which alternative routes save ten minutes without the client ever noticing a detour was made.

The lakeside approach

For clients arriving at hotels along the Zürichsee, we prefer the lakeside route whenever traffic permits. It takes no longer — and the view across the water toward the Alps offers a first impression of Zurich that no GPS-optimised route can replicate.

The financial district

Paradeplatz, Bahnhofstrasse, and the surrounding blocks present specific challenges: limited drop-off zones, pedestrian priority areas, and timing restrictions. Our chauffeurs know exactly where to position the vehicle for a seamless arrival, and where to wait without obstruction.

Beyond the city

Zurich is also a gateway. To Lucerne, to the Bernese Oberland, to the Rhine Falls, to the ski resorts of Graubünden. Our point-to-point service covers all of Switzerland — and cross-border transfers to Germany, France, Italy, and Austria are arranged with the same precision.

The difference a local makes

A navigation system finds the fastest route. A chauffeur finds the right one. The distinction is subtle, but over the course of a journey, it is the difference between arriving and arriving well.
